Your tasks

As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be our secret weapon in crafting an exceptional employee experience while maintaining a strong focus on business goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with leadership to design and implement strategies that foster a high-performance culture, develop talent, and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives. You’ll use both your strategic vision and your knowledge of finances to drive impactful decisions that propel the business forward.

What You’ll Do:

   •      Strategic Partnering: Work with senior leaders to define and implement HR strategies that are closely aligned with business objectives, focusing on the tech and software sectors.

   •      Business Acumen: Bring a strong business focus, balancing both people and profit, understanding how HR initiatives impact financial outcomes and contribute to business growth.

   •      Negotiation Skills: Be a skilled negotiator with senior leadership, influencing decisions on compensation, talent management, and other strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

   •      Talent Management: Champion talent development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives that keep our team on the cutting edge of innovation.

   •      Culture Creator: Help shape a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and diversity. Experience with Indian or multicultural work environments is a huge plus!

   •      Problem-Solving: Use your experience in service-oriented environments to help solve complex people-related issues—quickly, efficiently, and with empathy.

   •      Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage people analytics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

   •      Financial Awareness: Apply basic to moderate knowledge of financial principles to ensure HR programs are aligned with business budgets, costs, and profitability.

   •      Difficult Conversations: Demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in delivering difficult feedback, managing conflict, and navigating sensitive conversations with leaders and employees.

   •      Fast Learner: Bring your quick adaptability and curiosity to learn new things about HR, tech trends, and company culture.

Your profile

What We’re Looking For:

   •      Experience: At least 5+ years in HR, with a focus on the software or tech industry. Experience in service-oriented businesses (especially with a multicultural or Indian cultural context) is a significant plus!

   •      Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-changing environment and navigate diverse teams across various levels of the organization.

   •      Business Focus: Strong understanding of business operations with the ability to link HR decisions directly to business outcomes and financial performance.

   •      Finance Knowledge: Basic to moderate understanding of financial principles such as budgeting, forecasting, and the impact of HR initiatives on the bottom line.

   •      Communication Skills: Excellent communicator—both verbal and written—with the ability to connect with employees, managers, and leadership teams, especially during difficult or sensitive discussions.

   •      Leadership: Proven experience in working with senior leadership to influence decisions and drive impactful HR initiatives.

   •      Problem Solver: Quick thinker who can handle ambiguity and resolve complex issues with a solution-oriented mindset.

Why You Should Join Us:
