WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

 

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be leading customer discussions on commercial topics in the areas of

  1.  Paper and board coating binders,
  2.  Adhesive raw materials
  3.  Binders for non-wovens.

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will be responsible for collaborating and maintaining effective communication with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Development, and Supply Chain. You will be a part of an experienced international team and will report to the European Sales Director.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales of polymer dispersions, managing a defined customer portfolio of Local and Key Accounts in the Nordics
  • Negotiation and coordination of customer related topics, e.g. sales contracts, non-disclosure agreements, quality and supply agreements
  • Business development for new applications and customers in the Nordic region

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • You have a technical/commercial university level education
  • You have several years of sales experience in B2B, from the forest/paper/chemical/process industry in the Nordic countries
  • You are self-motivated and customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are comfortable with IT tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams and experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • You speak and write Finnish (native) and English fluently. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus
  • You like to travel and visit customers. In this role, you will have regular travel primarily within the Nordic countries and Germany
