Main Objective:We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing Salesforce Commerce solutions, and facilitating the implementation of Salesforce projects to meet organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, a keen ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Main Tasks:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial, as this role identify, gather, analyze, and document user requirements from them.
  • Effectively communicate and translate these requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria for the Product Team, while also supporting backlog management and the translation into technical specifications.
  • Align user stories with expected product values and align use cases and personas with captured requirements.
  • Need to effectively communicate product scope and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Participate in user research activities, such as surveys and interviews, to gather valuable user feedback.
  • Collaborating with the product team, this role will develop reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for creating communication materials, assisting with UAT testing plans/scripts, and analyzing product progress and KPIs to provide regular updates.
  • Analyze market trends and stay up to date both inside and outside of BASF to identify growth and innovation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or related careers with further education in IT/ Digitalization.

• Working Experience: 

  • 3-5 years’ work experience within digital teams and jobs.
  • 3-5 years project experiences as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in internal or external stakeholder management.

• Language skills: Advanced language proficiency in English.

• Technical skills: 

  • Requirements Engineering – Advanced
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving – Advanced
  • Quality assurance and testing skills – Advanced
  • Agile backlog management – Advanced
  • Business processes and workflow modeling – Intermediate
  • Data analysis techniques – Intermediate 

• Soft skills: 

  • Communication skills – Advanced
  • Building trustful relationships with stakeholders – Advanced
