Your tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for DASY and Nexus, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Product Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects user needs, business priorities, and market trends. This includes creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Sprint Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate sprints with the development team, prioritizing requirements based on customer feedback and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that product goals are met and stakeholders are informed.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Release Management: Oversee the release process to ensure quality guidelines are met and new features or updates are optimally scheduled.
Your profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in a SAFe or similar scaled Agile framework.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with DASY and Nexus tools, as well as DevOps practices.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytic tools and strong analytical thinking.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Prioritization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on business value and customer needs.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market trends.
