As a team member, your responsibilities will include the (further) development of awareness measures based on the dynamic threat situation and the promotion of our cyber security culture

  • Development & implementation of a communication strategy for all internal and external stakeholders Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of cyber security awareness measures and further development based on the changing threat situation Case-based creation of reports summarizing current security risks, incidents, trends and risk mitigation measures
  • Design and collection of central cyber security KPIs to continuously measure and improve the cyber risk status
  • Development & implementation of target group-specific training measures and programs, taking regulatory requirements into account

We are looking for tech-enthusiastic storytellers who can convey complex content clearly and creatively, design interactive training courses and push cyber security awareness to the next level with us.

  • Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, communications, marketing, journalism or a related field Good knowledge of IT security policies, measures and procedures High level of creativity, conceptual strength and quick perception Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in the development and implementation of reporting strategies and processes
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the target group-oriented presentation and communication of IT security risks
  • With a Master's degree, at least 3 years of professional experience (5 years with a Bachelor's degree) in cyber security awareness or marketing & communication
