The program offers the ideal chance to find out which job suits you for your career start. After completing a project in a central division, a strategy project, one in maintenance & one in the digital segment, I was able to decide on a position in which I might not have seen myself after my studies.

"My buddy (alumni trainee) helped me to find my first project. Operational topics are very close to my heart and my first project was the perfect mix of these and strategic aspects. I developed a concept for a capacity monitoring standard, which is now being implemented."

We are looking for trainees who want to make a difference & share our passion to make the future of aviation more digital, efficient and sustainable!

  • You have successfully finished your Master‘s degree with a technical or economical focus: (Industrial-) Engineering, Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, etc.
  • You have strong English & German skills
  • You have gained practical experience through relevant internships or working student activities, as well as international experiences abroad
  • You have a passion for aviation & interdisciplinary thinking
  • Your way of working is characterized by independence, structure and a strong sense of responsibility
