As the Key Account Manager for Engine Repair Services you will perform the following duties: 

  • Responsible for revenue (according to budget), contract result and yearly target results, as well as customer induction volumes in the MES repair station network
  • Establish, manage and further develop customer contracts in the Business Unit/Segment Engines (SAP, budget, event planning, modification programs, contract extensions etc.)
  • Recalculate contracts (business plan, opportunities/risks, extensions, quality parameters etc.) and derive measures to optimize profit and lost
  • Develop engine event program planning and coordinate it with the event management functions
  • Expand customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, provide advice and support to the customer
  • Identify contract extension and additional business opportunities

You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Completed university or college degree
  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Depending on the course of study, good business know-how and comprehensive technical understanding
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the field of engine maintenance
  • Fluency in English language
  • Very good IT skills in MS-Office applications
  • Very good negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Ability to work in a team and high conflict ability
  • Very high level of service availability and customer orientation
  • Confident appearance as well as intercultural competence
  • Willingness to undertake further training
  • Readiness for assignments at home and abroad
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
