Job Description

We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) for the Supply Chain Management -  Project Management Office department, as part of a mandatory internship for at least 6 months at our location in Schwalbach am Taunus (near Frankfurt am Main) as soon as possible.
A combination of a voluntary and mandatory internship is possible. It is also possible to write a final thesis by arrangement. 

Your tasks will include: 

• Follow-Up and Task Management: Track project milestones, follow up with work package owners, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Documentation: Assist the Project in creating, maintaining and further developing project documentation, including status reports to ensure Audit readyness.
• Communication Support: Support developing of communication concepts, prepare presentations, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• General support of PMO activities: Gather and analyze relevant data, derive solutions that support the project team to ensure project success and subsequent hand over into newly developed organization. 

Qualifications

• Advanced studies in the field of business administration, economics, industrial engineering or comparable courses of study
• Experience in Project Management preferred
• Working Experience in an international company preferred   
• Expert knowledge of MS Office-programs
• Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken
• Analytical thinking and independent working
• Planning & organizational skills 

Masters degree preferred, someone who is able to drive change, push work packages and is not afraid to formulate challenging requests.
