In workflow management, we define the flow of goods in the warehouse, specify process variants in the systems and define time stamps for process steps. Data analysis enables us to derive measures for optimization.
- Process analysis and optimization: recording the actual process, developing the target process and deriving suitable measures
- Planning and control: monitoring of internal transport processes as well as monitoring and adjustment if necessary
- Data analysis: evaluation of order data (e.g. using SQL) to identify optimization potential
- Coordination with specialist departments: Close cooperation with IT, logistics and production to successfully implement process improvements
- Reporting: Creation of reports, key figures and status updates for management

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- Enrolment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
- Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. for queries and evaluations)
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
- Commitment and team orientation
- Confident handling of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (pivot tables, diagrams, etc.)
- Initial experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) an advantage
