Ready to start with us from August 2025? More than 20 people work in our team to support over 1500 operational employees. Together with us, you will design the best possible processes for our customers and employees.
Our aim as a station is to be the host with heart - because flying starts on the ground.

During the internship, you will learn more about how processes and procedures in the Passenger Services division are continuously developed.
- Accompanying process & procedure adjustments
- Cooperation with various interfaces (internal & external)
- Communication, workshops, project participation
- Customer & supplier contact
- Designing activities for employees

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship.

- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and language skills: German & English
