Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, paint and modify components using state-of-the-art repair techniques and test equipment in accordance with OEM specifications
  • Reads and follows plans and manuals, customer order instructions, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines
  • Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/repair/maintenance duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
  • Functionally test all assemblies to ensure serviceability of completed units
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements
  • Develops tools and equipment in accordance with OEM specifications as required
  • Prepare documentation

Step into the role of an Aircraft Component Technician, check the requirements below:

  • High school diploma/GED desirable
  • College degree/vocational training desirable
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience desired in electronics, mechanic, aircraft slide, oxygen bottles, and/or oxygen masks
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Knowledge in aircraft components, or equivalent education desirable
  • FAA A&P Certificate or FAA Repairman Certificate desirable
  • MS Office as user
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent quality consciousness
  • Excellent safety and security
  • Excellent commitment
  • Excellent flexibility
  • Excellent intercultural awareness
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Manage constant time pressure
